Real 40-second samples taken from the game: a boss theme in all three sound styles, a titan theme and the four genre radios.

Boss themes

Every boss has its own theme, and it goes into the jukebox ("your tracks") as soon as you beat it.

• Tempo: between 166 and 176 bpm. In the jukebox it plays at its original tempo; in a match it moves toward the level's tempo.
• Its own scale: Phrygian, harmonic minor, Phrygian dominant, Dorian, Lydian or natural minor.
• Writing: a 4-chord progression, a 16-step riff, its own breaks and a 90s-console-style melody.

This covers bosses and giants; titans have a theme of their own.

The 3-minute structure

In the jukebox each boss theme is laid out as a full 3-minute track: intro, build-in, theme, breakdown, theme and outro.

The titan theme takes a different route: intro, drum n' bass, jungle, epic half-time, core and back to drum n' bass.

Downloading as MP3

Any jukebox theme can be saved as a 3-minute MP3, with its cover art.

1. Pick the track. Tap it in the jukebox list.
2. Pick the style. ◄► switches between modern, pocket 4-bit and chiptune (see sound styles).
3. Save it. Tap ⤓ "download mp3": it takes a few seconds to get ready.

Radios

The radios play the game's music nonstop: four genre stations and the titan radio.

While locked they show "locked station" with the hint "hear it in a run to unlock it". The four genre stations unlock on their own the first time that genre plays in one of your runs (see genres).

Titan radio

The titan radio plays the titan theme on loop and unlocks when you beat your first titan.

It is epic drum n' bass and jungle at 172–176 bpm: it opens with a 4-bar intro and then loops a 28-bar cycle (8 bars of drum n' bass, 8 of jungle, 4 of half-time and 8 of core).
